The technician:
Evaluates orders, greets and escorts patient to radiographic room, positions patient based on exam order, selects appropriate exposure on x ray machine, exposes radiograph, the radiation passes through the patient, develops radiograph, checks film for quality, film is interpreted by radiographer, written report is sent to patients physician, film becomes apart of patients record
