* This would change the course of warfare for the rest of humanity as trench warfare will rise and stalemates will happen more often. Chemical warfare will become more dangerous and deadly in the next world war as well as machine guns, aerial and naval battles become more common

* because of the ottoman empire having an alliance with germany and germany lost, the ottoman empire would split up their land into smaller countries
* This would cause the ottoman empire to forever lose their power and they would continue to be divided even throughout today

* Because of the world war, the league of nations was established, which would disband after the second world war. This was a short term effect because of how little it lasted and how it did not prevent the second world war from happening

* Because of disease, unsanitary conditions in the trenches, and shell attacks, millions of men would lose limbs and be physically deformed if they lived
* Because of the war, millions would die as a result, the survivors would ususally be deformed or have PTSD. This is short term because the death of the millions would not affect the next world war or the next wars afterward

* During the second world war, Germany would break many of these agreements, giving an end to the treaty of Versaille. Because of the world war, the treaty of Versaille was written, which only last until the next world war.
