To motivate others, there are five steps to get there (Example: WCU Love Triangle, Derek likes Eryn, but got a man called Bruno)
Attention Step
1st Step, Capture interest of another
Need Step
2nd Step, Create a sense that needs to be changed (Mention a Harm and Significance for your speech)
Satisfaction Step
3rd Step, Create a general sense that the need can be satisfied, offer public policy
Visualization Step
4th Step, Visualize future, either need being satisfied (positive), or not being satisfied (negative)
Action Step
Last Step, Give specific steps to start satisfying need
Most Effective Fear Appeal
Low fear appeal
Positive vs Negative Visualization
Positive Visualization is where the need is satisfied (recommended) and the contrary is when the need is not satisfied

Audiences trust the most recognizable sources
