In the arcuate nuclei

Preoptic periventricular and paraventricular nuclei

Place of synthesis of dopamine (PIF):

In the tuberhypophyseal neurons

GH is stimulated when:

Decrease in glucose, free fatty acids and amino acids

GH is inhibited when:

Increase in glucose and free fatty acids
