Tower of Babel Story
Genesis 11:
God called Noah and his offspring in Gen 9 to be increased greatly on the earth and multiple it
the people in Gen 11 all spoke the same language and migrated east together
there they had the idea to build a great city and a great name for themselves “lest they be dispersed”
God saw the potential for great evil in this
he confused their languages so they could not all understand each other anymore and dispersed them all across the earth
God’s heart has always been for the nations and this is how the nations began
