Rob is 24 and is in Tesco when he sees an old lady struggling to reach the top shelf for a packet of custard creams. He offers to get them for her and reaches up for them, now use the 3 stages to explain behaviour.
Input (sensory) -Rob sees lady struggling with eyes
Processing (thoughts) - Robs schema, old lady is vulnerable and weak
Output (action) - Reaches to get her biscuits, judges she can’t get it
