What impact does income level have?
It impacts how countries interact with and manage their use of the environment.
Wealthy countries in relation to income level:
Wealthy countries typically use an unporportiante amount fo energy, increasing carbon dioxide emissions. However, they also typically have the economic resources to put forth "going green." In addition, they are the most populous, meaning that they are also going to increase the resource demand.
