Reach/Throw rescue Sequence

  1. Alert team members

  2. Get yourself in fixed low position

  3. Get a firm grip on torpedo buoy and reach out with it

  4. Instruct casualty to take hold of the torpedo buoy and ask if they are okay

  5. When they have a firm grip, pull them to a position of safety and ask them to kick and look at you

  6. Help casualty out of the water
