Get a firm grip on torpedo buoy and reach out with it
Instruct casualty to take hold of the torpedo buoy and ask if they are okay
When they have a firm grip, pull them to a position of safety and ask them to kick and look at you

Enter the water safely as near to the casualty as possible
Get a firm grip on torpedo buoy and reach out with it
Instruct casualty to take hold of the torpedo buoy and ask if they are okay
When they have a firm grip, tow them back to a place of support

Depending on the EAP, if either a one stage or two stage evacuation process then either evacuate everyone to the muster point immediately or debrief with manager and then evacuate

Immediately report to duty manager
Call relevant number for the bomb removal
Evacuate everyone from the building
You have a power/lighting failure in your building you are lifeguarding, what should you do?
Immediately clear the pool using one whistle
Report to duty manager and wait for instructions
