What is attribution theory?

The theory of how people make attributions

What is persuasion?

The process through which one person tries to change the belief, opinion, position, or course of action of another person through argument, pleading, or explanation

What is cognitive dissonance?

A sense of discomfort or distress that occurs when a person;s behavior doesn’t correspond to that person’s attitude

Tendency to respond positively or negatively to a certain stimulus

What is social cognition?

The cognitive processes and thinking that occurs in groups, it focuses on how people think about others and how that influences their behavior

What is specific attitude?

An attitude that is associated with or directed at a specific and certain stimulus
