Name your three best qualities?

I'm well known amonest my peers for belto a friendly and welcoming person. I'm also reliable: I show up to work on time and do whatever is asked of me. Lastly, I'm dedicated to my work and give my best effort every single day.

Why do you want to work for Mc Donald’s?

My friend Gisselle started at McDonald’s. When I started looking for a job, she recommended me to apply to McDonald’s.

She said it’s a good job with good people who are fun to work with so I applied and am looking forward to working here.

Why do you need a job?

I'm looking for a solid, part-time job to save up for college. I also think McDonald's is a good place to build my work experience. This would be my first job, and I think I can learn a lot from working here.

How would you deal with an angry customer while you were busy completing tasks?

If I encountered an angry customer while I was busy completing tasks, I would take the time to listen to their concerns and do my best to address them promptly.

I believe it's important to show the customer that I'm taking their issue seriously and I’m willing to help them in any way I can.

Have you ever had a conflict with a coworker?

Since this is myfirst job, l've never had a conflict with a coworker.
