Development Project
A time-bound specific output aiming to improve economic, political, social, cultural, and/or environmental conditions.
Project Management
It is the application of the principles of initiating, planning, executing, directing, controlling, and closing to complete a project within the constraints of scope, quality, budget/cost, resources time/schedule, and risks.
Project Constraints
Factors that limit options for the project including schedule, budget, and scope.
MEAL
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning in every phase of development projects.
Stakeholder Engagement
The process of involving individuals or groups who may be affected by the project and considering their feedback.
