money loss: some emperors wasted their money on expensive parties and building projects the romans had to raize taxes leading to the romas rebel

the empire was attacked: many tribes from northern and central Europe attacked towns in Europe there were too many attacks the romans could not defet them all

poor leadership: some emperors were not allways chosen the best some even bribed people to get a job there were many arguments betwen the romans .by 192ce to 313ce the romans emperors were asasinated

thhe empire was too big:the empire was so large that it was hard to control in 285 ce emperor diocletian divided the roman empire in to 2 parts the eastern and western empire he thought it would be eaiser to control but the empires had disagrements

the roman army was becoming weaker : as the empire grew there wern enough soilders so the non romans from coonquerd contries joined but the soilders were not folloing the rules.

the romans wore a metal helmet, armour made out of metal strips to protect shoulders and stomach, a short sword , a large shield ,leather skirt to protect legs , spears 2 posts and a spade , thick cloak to keep warm and bags for spare money

legionaries were the best soldiers they had to be a roman citizen and over 17 years of age they had to be strong and fit

auxiliaries were from conquerd countries they had to serve for 25 years they did the most dangerous jobs they got paid lesser that the legionaries
