There are more commercial land uses and pubic buildings on the ground floor closer to the CBD than towards the edge of the urban fringe

Hypothesis 2

The type of houses varies along the transect from the CBD to the edge of the urban area of portadown

Pedestrian numbers decrease with distance from the CBD
