Intrinsic Semiconductor

A pure semiconductor whose conductivity is not significantly affected by external factors.

Resistivity

A measure of how strongly a material opposes the flow of electric current.

Charge Carrier

A positive charge in a semiconductor lattice created when an electron leaves its atom.
