• repetitive, consistent behavior, basic rights of other violated, 3 of the following within the last 12 months and at least 1 in last 6 months:

  • aggression towards people and animals

  • causing fights, weapons, cruelty to people and animals, stolen, rape

  • fire setting, destruction of property w/ fire, broken into a property and stolen, violates parental rules, stays out at night, running away before 13

  • truancy from school

onset

childhood or adolescent (9-10, picks up with hormones)

treatment

• parental coaching

• therapy for parents and child

• structure (need a lot of, can try and teach empathy + emotions)

• SSRI’s, mood stabilizers, atypical for s/s
