median nerve

origin: C6-C8,T1, medial and lateral cord

sensory: radial portion of the palm and fingers 

motor: flexors o forearm/ thenar muscles and lateral 2 lumbricals in hand 

function: wrist flexion, thumb opposition and precision grip 

radial nerve

origin: C5-C8, T1, posterior cord

sensory: posterior-lateral surface of arm, forearm and hand 

motor: supinator/ elbow extensors/ wrist and finger extensors

function: elbow and wrist extension and supination
