Interview method
It is an oral or verbal communication method of collecting data where the interviewer asks questions in a face to face contact to the other person or persons.
Experiment Method
It is a method used when the objective is determine the cause and effect in a relationship
Ungrouped Data
A data you gathered from an experiment o study. data is raw, not sorted in categories or grouped.
Grouped Data
A data that has been bundled together in categories
Class width
It is the difference between the upper and lower boundaries of any class in frequency
Frequency Table
A table that list items and shows the number of times the times occurr
Observation Method
The data on this method are gathered either individually or collectively by means of observation
Investigator
The person who gather the data
Questionnaire Method
This method is gathered through a set of questions that is mailed or handed to respondents who are expected to read and understand them.
Tally Table
This is used to record a data, tally marks.
Frequency Table
Number are used instead of tally marks.
Mean, Median, Modes

Mean
It is the most commonly used measure of central position.

Mode
It is the measure or value which occurs most frequently in a set of data
Frequency Distribution Table
Number of pieces of data that fall into a particular class.
Median
It is the middle value in a set of quantities
Cummulative Frequency
The total frequency in a frequency distribution
Median Class
The interval is the corresponding class where the median value falls.
Lower class boundary
This is obtained by overging the upper limits of the previous class and the lower limits of the given class
Frequency
It is the number of occurances of a repeating event per unit of time
Modal Class
An interval with the highest frequency
Standard Deviation
The last measure of variability for this lesson is the square root of the variance
