When one thing happens, then another thing happens after it, so we think the first thing caused the second thing (even if it didn’t).

Ex. Collin played baseball, then he hung out with a friend, therefore playing baseball caused him to hang put with a friend

Everyone else if thinking/doing to so it must be right

Ex. The class all cheated and got 100% so I should cheat too so I can get 100%
