NEW APPLICANT AS CONTRACT GROWER

• Minimum area of 1 hectare

• Within agricultural zone of community

• At least 1-2 km away from residential area, piggery or poultry farms

• With reliable supply of electricity and adequate potable water

• All-weather access road passable to a 10-wheeler truck

BASIC REQUIREMENTS (Site approval)

• Biodata and filled up Application Form

• Farm address & location sketch

• 2 valid IDs with picture & 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture

• Residence Certificate

• TIN

• Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract

• Proof of Billing

• Barangay Clearance

• Mayor’s Permit & Business License

BASIC REQUIREMENTS (Documents)

• Cash bond of ₱20.00 per bird on applied farm capacity

• Dated check payable to the company

• Or Land Title for REM

• Subject for appraisal to determine market value of the property

• 60% to be used as mortgaged value/bond

BASIC REQUIREMENTS (Bond requirement)

• provide land, well-maintained housing, feed storage facilities and poultry equipment

• allow access to BPI authorized representatives

• hold in trust and secure for BPI, such number of chicks, quantity of feeds, vaccines and other item from BPI

• to post cash bond, bank guarantee or time deposit in the favor of BPI in the amount of 20php/bird to guarantee the faithful performance of the GROWER’s obligations under this contract

Growers undertakings

• provide the grower quality DOC from any of bounty owned and toll hatcheries and randomly sourced from these hatcheries’ production

• provide the grower with feeds from any of bounty owned and toll feed mills in regimentations to be determined by bounty

• provide the required vaccines as may be needed in accordance with bounty regular vaccination program

• furnish grower with copies of chicks, feeds and vaccines delivery receipts, weight tickets, liquidation sheet and audit reports.

• pay the grower for the services rendered in such amount as determined in accordance with the formula set forth on the growing fee schedule.

BOUNTY PLUS INC. UNDERTAKINGS

• BPI, at its discretion and upon notice to the GROWER shall have the right and option to terminate Agreement due to poor efficiencies, disease problems and management problems or for any violation of the terms and conditions herein stipulated.

• Bounty shall not be liable to GROWER for any delay or failure to deliver day-old broiler chicks, feeds, vaccines and medicines due to any incidental event beyond the control of BPI.

• BPI shall rate the performance of the GROWER per batch basis. This shall serve as basis for the timing of his next DOC placement and stocking density, and shall serve as basis for continuation of this Agreement.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
