A document that creates a pattern and structure with design and layout to memos, resumes, fax cover sheets, etc.
Slide Master
Controls the look of an entire presentation including fonts, backgrounds, effects, and even allows a logo to show up on all slides; controls the style & layout to be customized.
Theme
Uses a unique set of colors, fonts, and effects to create a consistent look.
Entrance
When you want an element to show up during a slide presentation, you must apply this effect to that element.

Slide Show View
The view where your presentation is put before an audience and fills your screen completely.

Vertical Axis Title
MAX Function
Finds the highest number in a specified series.
MIN Function
Finds the Lowest number in a specified series.
SUM Function
Adds the numbers in a specified series and presents the total.
AVERAGE Function
Adds the numbers in a specified series and divides by the total number of items in the series.
AVERAGEIF Function
Adds only specific numbers in a series that match your criteria and then divides by the same number of items that were added together.
SUMIF Function
Adds only specific numbers in a series that match the criteria you choose.
