I: middle lateral surface of radius

A: pronates forearm and hand medially of radius at radioulnar joints and flexion at the elbow

Flexor Carpi Radialis

O: medial epicondyle of humerus

I: bases of 2nd and 3rd metacarpals

A: flexion/abduction at wrist

Palmaris Longus

O: medial epicondyle of humerus

I: palmar aponeurosis and flexor retinaculum

A: flexion at wrist

Flexor Carpi Ulnaris

O: medial epicondyle of humerus, medial surface of olecranon and anteromedial of ulna

I: pisiform, hamate and base of 5th metacarpal

A: flexion/ adduction at wrist

Flexor Digitorum Superficialis

O: medial epicondyle of humerus, coronoid process of ulna and anterior surfaces of ulna/radius

I: bases of middle phalanges of digits 2-5

A: flexion at proximal interphalangeal, metacarpophalangeal and wrist joints

Flexor Digitorum Profundus

O: medial surfaces of ulna and coronoid process, interosseous membrane

I: base of distal phalanges of digits 2-5

A: flexion at distal interphalangeal joints and little flexion proximal interphalangeal joints of thumb and wrist

Flexor Pollicis Longus

O: anterior shaft of radius and interosseous membrane

I: base of distal phalanx of thumb 

A: flexion of joints of thumb
