Theory X — people dislike people and because of this they need direction and control, they often avoid responsibility

Theory Y — people like work, they’re self motivated, they seek responsibility and have ambition

Task oriented— they find meaning and value in getting things done, goal oriented, wants to accomplish goals, likes to-do lists
