Sexual Dysfunction
A condition marked by an impairment in an individual's ability to engage in sexual experiences, including desire, arousal, orgasm, or pain.
Paraphilic Disorders
Patterns of sexual arousal that involve atypical objects, situations, or individuals, and cause distress or impairment.
Gender Dysphoria
The condition of feeling one's emotional and psychological identity as male or female to be opposite to one's biological sex.
Erectile Disorder
The recurring inability to achieve or maintain adequate penile rigidity for sexual intercourse.
Female Sexual Interest/Arousal Disorder
A lack of sexual interest or arousal in females, characterized by insufficient sexual excitement or responsiveness.
Premature Ejaculation
A male sexual dysfunction characterized by ejaculation that occurs well before the individual desires, typically within one minute of penetration.
Vaginismus
A sexual pain disorder in females where there is involuntary tightening of the pelvic floor muscles, preventing vaginal penetration.
Fetishistic Disorder
A paraphilic disorder where sexual arousal is dependent on nonliving objects or a specific body part.
Voyeuristic Disorder
Recurrent and intense sexual arousal derived from observing an unsuspecting person who is naked, disrobing, or engaging in sexual activity.
Exhibitionistic Disorder
A paraphilic disorder characterized by recurrent sexual arousal from exposing one's genitals to an unsuspecting person.
Transvestic Disorder
A paraphilic disorder in which an individual is sexually aroused by cross-dressing in the clothes typically associated with the opposite gender.
Genito-Pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder
A sexual pain disorder characterized by pain during intercourse or attempts at penetration, or anxiety about such pain.
Sexual Sadism Disorder
A paraphilic disorder characterized by sexual arousal from inflicting pain or humiliation on another individual.
Sexual Masochism Disorder
A paraphilic disorder characterized by sexual arousal from being humiliated, beaten, bound, or otherwise made to suffer.
