  • Diphenhydramine (Benadryl Unisom)

  • Meclizine (Antivert/Bonine) —> 1 hour before travel, vasodepressor effects

  • Doxylamine(Unisom) —> safe for use in pregnancy

avoid in elderly (BEERS)

avoid in < 2 years old
