Brown Sugar Boba
16 oz glass, 1 Ladle of Boba, 4 pumps of Brown Sugar around the glass, 1 scoop of Ice, 200 mL of Half n Halff
Milk Tea
16 oz glass, toppings, 1 scoop of ice, % of Fructose in shaker, 1 scoop of Non-Dairy creamer in shaker, 200ml of Tea in shaker & stir, 1 scoop of ice in shaker and shake
Iced Sweet Creme
16 oz glass, toppings, 1 scoop of ice, % of Fructose in shaker, 2 scoops of powder, 170 hot water in shaker and stir, 1 scoop of ice and shake, strain into glass and top with 30mL of Half n Half gently to create gradient
Iced Tea
22 oz glass, toppings, ½ scoop of ice, % of fructose in shaker, 4 pumps of syrup or 1 scoop of jam, 250 mL of tea, ½ scoop of ice in shaker and shake, strain into glass and top with lemon and orange
Honey Lemonade
16 oz glass, toppings, ice, 4 pumps of Honey Longan Syrup in shaker, % of Fructose, 3 good spurts of lemon juice, 200 mL of Hot Water, 1 scoop of ice & shake, strain into glass and top with lemon
Fruity Yogurt Drink
16 oz glass, toppings, ½ Ice in glass, 4 pumps of yogurt in shaker, 4 pumps of syrup or 1 scoop of jelly, 200 mL of water & stir, 1 scoop of ice in shaker and shake, strain into glass
Tea
100 Grams of tea leaves, 4 quarts of water, brew for 8 mins, strain into thermal and fill 3/4’s up. Label and replace every 4 hours
Boba
Tell prep team early, add 150% sugar on each end, add 200ml of hot water, stir and label, stir every 10 mins and replace every 4 hours
These drinks need to be stirred before ice is added and shaked
