Nella mia famiglia siamo cinque persone, mia

madre,mia sorella, mio padre, mio fratello ed io. Mia madre ha i capelli biondi e corti,

porta gli occhiali quando legge. Mia sorella è snella e alta, porta gli orecchini. Mio

fratello e’ robusto e ha i capelli ricci. Mio padre ha gli occhi castani e ha la barba.

In my family we have 5 people, my mum,sister,dad,brother and me. My mum has short

blond hair and wears glasses when she reads. My sister is slim and tall and wears

earrings. My brother is robust and has curly hair. My dad has brown eyes and a beard

Con chi vai d’accordo nella tua famiglia?

Vado d’accordo con tutta la mia famiglia ma non con mio fratello. Vado d’accordo con mia

madre perche’ e’ sempre calma e gentile ma e’ un po’ testarda. Mio padre e’ molto

paziente, ottimista ed e’ amato da tutti. Vado d’accordo con mia sorella siccome e’

coraggiosa e mi fa ridere ma a volte e’ gelosa. Non vado d’accordo con mio fratello perche e’

pigro e tirchio ma e’ sempre cortese. Andrei d’accordo con mio fratello se fosse più gentile.

I get on with my family but not my brother. I get on with my mum because she is always

calm and kind but she is a bit stubborn. My dad is very patient, optimistic and is loved by all.

I get on well with my sister seeing as she is courageous and she makes me laugh but she is

sometimes jealous. I don't get on well with my brother because he is lazy and mean but he

is always polite. I would get on well with my brother if he is more kind

Vai d’accordo con i tuoi genitori?

Si vado d’accordo con i miei genitori siccome sono pazienti, gentili e mai severi. Abbiamo

lo stesso senso dell’umorismo e ascoltano i miei problemi. Comunque, a volte sono

troppo curiosi.

Yes I get on with my parents seeing as they are patient, kind and never strict. We have

the same sense of humor and they listen to my problems. However, sometimes they are

too curious.

Perché vai d’accordo con i tuoi migliori amici?

Vado d’accordo con le mie amiche perché abbiamo gli stessi gusti di musica e quando ho

problemi loro mi ascoltano sempre. Vado d’accordo con le mie migliori amiche perche’

abbiamo lo stesso senso dell’umorismo e posso sempre contare su di loro

I get on with my friends because we have the same taste in music and when I have a

problem they always listen. I get on with my best friends because we have the same

sense of humor and I can always count on them.

Vai d’accordo con gli insegnanti?

Si, vado d’accordo con gli insegnanti perché sono molto amichevoli e la mia insegnante

di biologia ci lascia usare il cellulare in classe. Comunque, andrei d’accordo con il mio

insegnante di fisica se fosse più comprensivo.

yes i get along with my teachers because they are very friendly and my biology teacher

lets us use our phones in class. However, I would get on with my physics teacher if he is

more understanding

Quali qualità dovrebbe avere l’amico o la tua amica ideale?

La mia amica ideale sarebbe amichevole. Mi farebbe ridere ogni giorno e saprebbe

anche ridere di se stessa. La mia amica ideale non sarebbe pigra o gelosa.

My ideal friend would be friendly.

Quali sono le ragioni comuni per conflitti familiari, secondo te?

Secondo me, le ragioni comuni per i conflitti familiari sono le faccende domestiche e il

cellulare. i miei genitori non mi lasciano rilassare perché devo fare molte faccende

domestiche e mio fratello non deve fare niente.

In my opinion, common reasons for family conflicts are chores and phones. My parents

don't let me relax because I have to do lots of chores and my brother doesn't have tk do any

Che cosa hai fatto, l’ultima volta che sei uscita con la tua famiglia?

sabato scorso sono andata a londra con la mia famiglia. sono arrivata verso le dodici.

Prima sono andata al bar per prendere un po’ di pranzo. Io ho mangiato un panino.

Dopo siamo andati a oxford street per fare un giro dei negozi. Ho comprato molti vestiti,

ad esempio una camicia rosa. Dopo aver fatto un po’ di shopping siamo andati ad alla

galleria nazionale. E poi, di sera siamo andati al teatro a vedere uno spettacolo che si

chiamava matilda. Per tornare a casa abbiamo preso il treno per hertford. Sono andata a

letto alle undici. Ero stanca ma contenta. Mi e’ piaciuta tanto la giornata perché mi sono

divertita con la mia famiglia e adoro quanto e’ vivace a londra. In aggiunta ho potuto

vedere il mio spettacolo preferito. Era una giornata perfetta.

last saturday i went to london with my family. I arrived around 12. Before, we went to a

cafe and had some lunch. I had a panini. After we went to oxford street and went

shopping. I bought lots of clothes, for example a pink shirt. After we went shopping we

went to the national gallery. And then in the evening we went to the theater and saw a

show called Matilda. To get home we took the train to Hertford . I went to bed at 11. I

was tired but happy. I really enjoyed the day because I had fun with my family and I love

how lively London is, and I furthermore got to see my favourite show. It was a perfect

Come sarebbe il tuo partner ideale?

il mio partner ideale avrebbe i capelli scuri e gli occhi blu e un buon senso

dell’umorismo. Anche sarebbe avventuroso e intelligente così potremmo andare in

campeggio insieme. Al mio partner ideale piacerebbe la musica e viaggiare così

6potremmo suonare insieme. Il mio partner ideale non piacerebbe il rugby perché lo

trovo noioso.

My ideal partner would have dark hair and blue eyes and a good sense of humor. Also

he would be adventurous and intelligent so we can go camping together. My ideal

partner would like music and travelling so we can play together. My ideal partner

wouldn't like ruby because I find it boring

. Ti piacerebbe sposarti nel futuro? Perché/ no?

A dire la verita’, non ci ho nemmeno pensato. forse voglio sposarsi ma e’ una grossa

responsabilita’. Dopo trovare un lavoro e quando lo trovo l’uomo giusto mi sposero’. Nel

futuro, avrei bambini ma prima vado in giro per il mondo.

To tell the truth,I haven't even thought about it. Maybe I want to get married but its a big

responsibility. After I find a job and when I find the right man I will get married. In the

future, I will have children but before i would like to travel around the world

Che cosa ti piace mangiare e bere di solito?

Di solito mangio la pasta con verdure perché è squisita e di solito bevo acqua. Mi piace bere l’acqua perché è rinfrescante.

I usually eat pasta with vegetables because its exquisite and i usually drink water. I like drinking water because its refreshing

Tipicamente, che cosa mangi per colazione/ pranzo/ cena/ uno spuntino?

typically, whaty do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks?

Tipicamente mangio il pane tostato con burro e della macedonia per colazione, un panino con pollo,formaggio e spinaci a pranzo, delle salsicce, patatine e verdure per cena e biscotti o frutta per spuntino. Bevo sempre l’acqua.

Typically i eat toast with butter and some fruit salad for breakfast, a panini with chicken,cheese and spinich for lunch, some sauage, chips and veg for dinner and biscuits or fruit for snack. I always drink water

C’è qualcosa che non mangi mai?

Non mi piacciono i funghi perché sono disgustosi e odio la torta perché è troppo dolce.

I dont like mushrooms because there disguisting and i don’t like cake because its too sweet

Che cosa hai mangiato ieri per colazione/ pranzo/ cena?

Ieri ho mangiato un cornetto con della frutta per colazione, per pranzo ho mangiato la minestra e poi del cioccolato e per cena ho mangiato pollo e pasta al pomodoro. Era delizioso

Yesterday I ate a coissant with some fruit for breakfast, for lunvh i ate fruit salad and then i some chocolstr and for dinner i ate chicken and tomato pasta

Secondo te, hai una vita sana o poco sana? Spiega la tua risposta.

in your opinion, do ypou havea healthy life or unhealthy.

Secondo me, sono sana perché mi piacciono le verdure e la frutta ma a volte mangio i biscotti.

in my opinion, I am healthy because i likw vegetables and fruit but sometimes i eat biscuits

Sei attiva? Che cosa hai fatto recentemente per tenerti in forma?

are you active? what have you recently done to stay fit

Sono attiva perché vado in palestra tre volte alla settimana e ballo due volte a settimana. Anche recentemente ho cominciato a fare delle belle passeggiate. 

I am active because i go to the gym 3 times a week and i dance 2 times a week.Also recently i’ve started going on some nice walks

Secondo me non ero sana in passato ma sono cambiata. Prima guardavo la tivù ma adesso io ballo. Primo non dormivo abbastanza ma adesso dormo bene.

in my opinion i wasn’t healthy in the past but i want to change. Before watching the tv but instead i do dance. Before i used to not sleep enough but now i sleep well

Il fine settimana scorso mi sono svegliata alle nove e ho mangiato una colazione sano, ho giocato a calcio e dopo ho mangiato un panino con insalata. prima di cenare ho guarfatto i compiti e dopo ho mangiato il pollo,verdure e patatine. Ho leggo e poi sono andata a letto Secondo me era un fine settimana sano perchè io ho mangiato una dieta piena di verdure.

on the weekend i got up at 9 and ate a healthy breakfast, i played footballand after i ate a sandwich with salad. Before dinner i did hw and after i ate chicken veg and chips. I read and then went to bed. In my opinion it was a healthy weekend because i ate a diet full of vegetables

Che cosa cambierai nel futuro per essere più sana?

what do you want to change in the future to be more healthy

Nel futuro leggerò e scriverò di più invece di guardare la tivù. Anche berrò due litri d’acqua ogni giorno e mangerò molte verdure e molta frutta e smetterò di bere troppa coca cola.

in the future i will write more instead of watching tv. Also i will drink 2 litres of water every day and eat lots of veg and fruit and i will quit drinking too much coke

Che cosa si deve mangiare/bere/fare per tenersi in forma? Che cosa non si deve mangiare/bere/fare? Perché?

what should you eat/drink/do to stay fit? What shouldnt you eat/drink/eat?

Si deve bere abbastanza acqua ogni giorno e non si deve bere la coca cola perché fa male ai denti. Si deve andare in palestra tre volte settimana e non si dovrebbe guardare la tivù invece perché è poco sano. Si deve mangiare una dieta piena di verdure invece di mangiare le caramelle per tenersi in forma.

you must drink enough water everyday and must not drink coke beacuse its bad for your teeth. you must go to the gym 3x a week and you mustn’t watch tv instead because its unhealthy. You must eat a diet full of veg stead of eating sweets to stay in shape

la mia scuola si chiama presdales, e’ una scuola secondaria per femmine da undici a diciotto anni. La mia scuola si trova in una cittadina nel nord di Londra, in periferia.

my school is called presdales, its a secondary school for girls for 11-18 years old. my school is situated in a town noth of london in the outskirts.

Quali materie studi?

what subjects do you study

studio l’inglese, la matematica, le scienze, la geografia, l’italiano, la sociologia e la tecnologia. Secondo me l’inglese e la matematica sono le materie più importanti ma preferisco l’italiano perché lo trovo interessante e divertente.

i study english, maths, sciences, geography, italy, sociology and tech. In my opinion english and maths are the most iumportant but i prefer italian becaise i find it interesting and fun.

Descrivi una giornata tipica a scuola.

Di solito mi sveglio alle sei e mi alzo subito. E poi mi lavo e mi lavo i denti dopodiché mi vesto. Ogni giorno, alle sette faccio colazione. Vado a scuola in macchina con la mia amica e chattiamo molto, le lezioni cominciano alle nove e abbiamo sei lezioni al giorno. La scuola finisce alle tre.

Torno a casa e prima di studiare, faccio uno spuntino. dopo aver cenato alle sette, guardo la televisione per trente minuti. Adoro leggere prima di addormentarmi

usually i wake up at 6 and i get up straight away. And then i wash and wash my teethafter that i get changed. Every day at 7 i do breakfast. I go to school in the car, the lessons start at 9 and we have 6 lessons a day. The school finishes at 3. I retern home and before i study i have a snack. Aftwe dinner at 7 i watch tv for 30 mins I love reading before i sleep

Ieri sera ho fatto molto compiti. Prima di cenare ho fatto i compiti di fisica, sociologia e geografia. Dopo aver mangiato ho studiato per un esame di matematica era molto noiosa

Parlami della tua scuola primaria.

frequentavo la scuola primaria si chiama hertingfordbury dal duemilaquattordici al duemilaventuno. Si trova a hertford in periferia di Londra. Era meno grande e meno stressante di presdales. C’erano circa duecentosettanta alunni tra quattro e undici anni. Studiavo matematica, inglese, geografia, religione, disegno e educazione fisica. La mia materia preferita era matematica perché era divertente.

i attended the primary school called hertingfordbery from 2014 to 2021. Its found in hertfordon the outskirts of london. It was smaller and less stressful than presdales. there was approx two hundred and seventy pupils between the ages of four and eleven. I studied maths, english, geography, RE, art and PE. My fav subject was maths because it was fun

Preferisci il sistema scolastico inglese o italiano? Perché?

do you prefer the italain or english school sistem

Preferisco il sistema scolastico inglese perché non devo fare esami orali e mi piace la mia divisa scolastica e non voglio scegliere(sh) cosa portare ogni giorno.

i prefer the english school system becasue i dont have to do an oral exam and i like my school uniform and i dont have to choose what to wear every day

Dopo i miei esami, vorrei fare le superiori a Presdales, mi piacerebbe studiare italiano, psicologia o sociologia perché sono interessanti.  Inoltre l’anno prossimo spero di trovare un lavoretto per guadagnare i soldi siccome vorrei essere più indipendente. All’eta’ di diciotto anni, ho intenzione di andare all universita’

Nel futuro, lavorero’ in Italia perché Italia e’ bella. Inoltre passero’ il tempo all’aria aperta e andro’ in spiaggia ogni giorno. Ma voglio fare un giro del mondo.

in the future i would like to work in italy becasue italy is beutiufl. Furthermore i will also spend time outdoors and go to the beach every day. But I want to go on a world tour.

Studio l’italiano perche’ e’ una bella lingua e imparare una lingua straniera e’ importante. Inoltre la mia famiglia vive in Italia allora in futuro vorrei abitare in Italia. Forse continuerò a studiare l’italiano in futuro ma non lo so.

I study italian because its a beutiful language and learning a foreign language is important. Forthermore my family live in italy so in the future i wouldlike to live in italy. Perhaps i will continue to study italian in the future but idk

Se fossi la preside che cosa cambieresti?

if you were the headteacher what would you change

Se fossi la preside vieterei le doppie lezioni perché sono faticose e troppo lunghe. Anche cambierei la mensa perché è molta affollata. Vorrei migliorare i gabinetti vecchi perché puzzano e creerei più gabinetti.

if i was the headteacher i would ban double lessons because they are tiring and too long. Also i would change the cantiine bvecause it is very crowded. I wiould like to improbe the toilets because they smell and i would create more toilets.

tell me about a school trip you went on

A marzo scorso, sono andata a roma in italia in aereo per tre giorni. Abbiamo soggiornato in albergo. Il primo giorno, siamo andate a fare shopping in citta’. Il secondo giorno, siamo andate in metropolitana al colosseo. Prima di andare a letto, abbiamo visitato la fontana di Trevi.Poi siamo tornate a Londra in aereo 

last march i went on a school trip to rome on an areoplane for 3 days. We went in stayed in a hotel. On the first day we went shopping in town. On the second daywe went to the Colosseum. Befire we went to bed, we vistated the trevi fountain. then we reterned to london in an aeroplane

Quali sono le tue ambizioni per il futuro?

what are your ambitipns for the future?

nel futuro mi piacerebbe andare all’universita’ e studiero’ la medicina a Londra perché è bello li’. Ho intenzione di comprare una macchina allora potro’ andare a trovare i miei amici. Dopo l’universita’ saro’ dottoressa in un ospedale per i bambini.

In the future i would like to go to uni and studie medicine at london because its beutigul there. I intend to buy a car so i can go to see my friends. After uni i will be a doctor in a hospital for children

where do you live

Vivo a Hertford  in una casa bifamiliare. Si trova nel sud-est dell’Inghilterra, in periferia di Londra.  Abito con mia madre, mio padre, mia sorella e mio fratello.

I live in Hertford in a semi detached house. It is situated in the south east of England, in the outskirts of london. I live with my mum,dad, sister and brother.

Mi piace la mia casa perche’ e’ molta bella. E’ una casa bifamiliare con un grande giardino e ha tre piani. La mia camera e’ abbastanza buia e molto disordinata. Adoro la mia camera da letto siccome e’ il mio spazio personale. 

I like my house because it's very beautiful. It's a semi detached house with a big garden and has 3 floors. My room is quite dark and very messy. I love my room seeing as its my personal space

Com’è la tua città/ cittadina/ il tuo paese? Ti piace la tua città?

Mi piace la mia citta’ perche’ e’ bella e tranquilla e molto pittoresca. La mia città ha un museo e un grande teatro.La mia citta’ è molto storica. 

I like my town because it's beautiful,quiet and very picturesque. My town has a museum and a big theater. My town is very historic.

Quali sono i vantaggi/gli svantaggi della tua zona?

what are the advantages and disadveantages of your zone

I vantaggi della mia citta’ sono che si trova alla periferia di Londra ed e’ molta pulita oltre che molto pittoresca.  Gli svantaggi della mia citta’ sono che non c’e’ niente da fare siccome non ci sono abbastanza negozi. 

The advantages of my town is that its found on the outskirts of London and is very clean as well as very picturesque. The disadvantages of my city are there is nothing to do and there aren't enough shops.

Preferisci vivere in città o in campagna?

wo you prefer to live in the citty or in the countryside

Preferisco vivere in citta’ perche’ c’e’ sempre tanto da fare e la campagna e’ noiosa. Comunque c’e’ troppo traffico così l’aria è sempre sporca. 

I prefer to live in the city because there is always something to do because the countryside is boring. However there is lots of traffic so the air is always dirty

Dove ti piacerebbe vivere nel futuro? 

where would you like to live in the future

In futuro vorrei vivere e lavorare in Italia in una grande casa a schiera siccome adoro la cultura italiana. Mi piacerebbe fare delle belle passeggiate in Italia ogni giorno.

In the future i'd like to live and work in italy in a big terraced house seeing as i love the italian culture. I would like to go on nice walks in Italy every day.
