What was the Arian Controversy regarding Jesus?

The state of being all-powerful, almighty.
What does Transcendence refer to in God?
Being unsearchable, separate and distinct from creation.

The concept that God progressively revealed Himself through the unfolding of the biblical text.

What is the Dictation View of inspiration?
God dictated the very words of Scripture to the authors, who acted as copyists.
Explain the concept of Inerrancy in relation to the Bible.
The Bible in its original manuscripts is free from error in all that it affirms.
What does Infallibility mean concerning the Bible?
The Bible is trustworthy and fulfills God's purpose of revealing Himself and teaching about God.
What is meant by Canon in the context of the Bible?
A 'measuring rod' or 'standard' for determining which books are included in the Bible.

A word-for-word translation that aims to preserve exact grammar.

The belief in one God who stands outside of time and creation and created all that exists.
What is the meaning of Heresy?
The denial of essential truths that constitutes a deviation from traditional teachings.
