Acoustic ceiling

Gypsum ceiling

Plenum
A space used to distribute air in a building’s heating or cooling system, often located above ceilings or below floors
Recessed Lighting
Light fixture that are installed into the ceiling so that the light is flushed with the ceiling surface, creating a clean look.
Skylight
A window installed in the roof to let natural light into a room from above
Soffit
The under side of an architectural element, like an arch or overhang, often used to hide structural components or add detail.
Suspended ceiling grid
A ceiling system where tiles or panels are hung from a metal framework, allowing easy access to the space above.
Vaulted ceiling
A high, arched ceiling that creates a sense of openness and height in a room.
