 Beckers ziehen in ihr neues Haus ein.

 Herr und Frau Keller helfen ihnen beim Einrichten

Beckers move to the new house [in].

Jetzt müssen wir nur noch das Wohnzimmer einrichten

In den anderen Zimmern steht schon alles an Ort und Stelle.

In the other rooms stands already everything [in order and place].

Gut, fangen wir mit dem Teppich an.
Den legen wir in die Mitte des Zimmers.

Der passt gut vor die beiden Sessel.
Das Sofa können wir dort an die Wand stellen.

Der neue Schreibtisch passt sehr gut zu Ihren Möbeln.

Die Steppdecken legen schon im Schlafzimmer auf unseren Betten

The [quilt covers] lie already in [the] bedroom on our beds.

Soll ich jetzt die Wäsche aufpacken?

Ja gut, dann kann ich mich inzwischen um das Geschirr kümmern.

Das grosse Bild könnten wir eigentlich über das Sofa hängen

Nein, aber die Männer bringen gerade zwei grosse Kisten herauf.

Die Verpackung Ihrer Sachen war wirklich sehr ordentlich.

Es liegt dort auf der Heizung unter den Zeitung.

Ich hoffe. Die Handwerker sind jedenfalls gestern dagewesen.

Ich finde, jetzt sieht es schon richtig gemütlich aus.

Na, erst müssen wir aber noch die leeren Kisten und Koffer wegschaffen.

Die Koffer bringen wir am besten gleich auf den Boden

Danach essen wir aber etwas.

 Wir können uns doch gleich hier an den Küchentisch setzen.

Das ist am einfachsten.

Solch eine Küche möchte ich auch haben!

Ja, mit so grossem Kühlschrank und kombiniertem Gas und Elektroherd.

Und mir gefallen besonders die vielen eingebauten Schränke!

 Wir haben einen grossen Garten hinter dem Haus. Wollen Sie sich den mal ansehen?

Gern. Der ist ja ideal für die Kinder zum Spielen!

 Hier im Vorort ist es wirklich viel schöner und ruhiger als in der Stadt.

Wir wollen uns übrigens auch bald ein Haus mieten.

Warum ziehen Sie nicht in unsere Nachbarschaft?
