Pectorialis Minor (location)

Located beneath the pectoralis major; originates from the third to fifth ribs and inserts into the coracoid process of the scapula

Pectorialis Minor (movement)

Stabilize the scapula by drawing it anteriorly and inferiorly towards the thoracic wall; assists in movements such as protraction and downward rotation of the scapula

Trapezius (location)

Located in the upper back, extending from the occipital bone to the lower thoracic vertebrae and laterally to the spine of the scapula

Elevates, retracts, and rotates the scapula; aids in shoulder and neck movement.

Pectoralis Major (location)

Located in the upper chest, spanning from the clavicle and sternum to the humerus.

Flexes, extends, adducts, and pr the arm; assists in shoulder movements.

Deltoid (location)

Located in the upper chest; originating from the clavicle and inserting into the upper lateral humerus

Located over the vertebrae, ribs, coxal bone, and scapula; originating from vertebrae T7-L5, ribs 10-12, and the iliac crest and inserting into the intertubercular groove of humerus (UNDER axillary region)

Lastissimus Dorsi (movement)

Shoulder extension, adduction, and medial rotation of humuers (lat pull down at the gym)
