A large light weight fabric stretched across the back of the set, often used to create the illusion of a sky

a flat piece of theatrical scenery which is painted and positioned on stage so as to give the appearance of buildings or other background.

Sight lines refer to what your audience sees onstage
Raked seating
Sloped floor of an auditorium to tier audience seating to enhance sightlines
Actor/audience relationship
The connection between the actor and audience. It may be active or passive.
Wings
Side curtains or flats that can be seen on stage but create an offstage area behind them
Entrance/exit
Where the actor enter or exit the stage
Apron
Any part of the stage that extends past the proscenium arch and into the audience or seating area.
