Objectives

Deliverables
Products or services delivered by the end of a project (e.g., building, software, report).
Milestones
Specific events that are important to stay on track; for example, 'Filming done by Sept 1st'.
Scope Creep
A phenomenon where, during a project, the team acquires more goals along the way.
