Right to a jury for civil cases

8th Amendment

Protection from excessive fines, and cruel/unusual punishment

9th Amendment

Protection of non-enumerated rights not directly stated in the constitution (right to privacy, the right to travel, and the right to make personal decisions about one's health)

10th Amendment

Rights not mentioned as being federal belong to the states

11th Amendment

States are not required to hear cases against a state if the case is based on a federal law

12th Amendment
