Supraspinatus
A muscle located at the top of the shoulder that helps with arm abduction and stabilization.
Infraspinatus
A muscle located on the back of the shoulder, primarily responsible for external rotation of the arm.
Teres minor
A small muscle located below the infraspinatus that assists in the external rotation and adduction of the arm.
Subscapularis
A large muscle on the anterior surface of the scapula responsible for internal rotation of the arm.
