Please state your name and occupation for the record
My name is Jackie Lopez. I am a theater aficionado, basically the Lebron James of acting
Have you ever had any run ins with the law previously?
Yes I was busted by the cops when I just graduated from high school.
Could you please explain a bit more about the circumstance of your run in with the law?
I was at a party and a cop showed up and busted it. He wrote me up for a minor in possession but I didn't want a ticket so I gave him a fake name. I gave him the name muff otter.
What happened after you lied to the police?
I got found out after the deputy found my truck Max. On top of the minor I got convicted of making a false statement to a police officer.
Rewinding you mentioned being in theater previously. Could you dive into your background within theater?
I was born to be in the theater. I first realized my transcendent talent when I was cast as Peter Pan in a preschool pageant. I continued acting throughout school eventually graduating from porcupine high. I was born for acting and eventually landed the role of Hamilton in the play Burr.
How did you feel about landing a leading role in the play Burr?
It was my big break, my time to shine in the spotlight. My entire life was leading up to this and it was finally time or at least it should have been.
How did you prepare for the role?
When I was rehearsing I learned how to operate firearms including loading and firing them as I wanted the best chance to engross myself into the character of Hamilton.
What were your feelings on the writers of the play?
We were close, I would help them with some mundane tasks here and there and would pick up their coffee if they wanted me too. Our relationship soured after a little while though.
Why did your relationship sour?
I got a call the afternoon of a dress rehearsal saying I was no longer needed. I thought it was just due to the fact that I was too good to be bothered with a dress rehearsal but then I talked to Woods and he said I wasn't necessary to the play anymore and Scout Ting was going to be there.
How did you feel after getting fired?
I was pissed, the only reason that this play had any chance of making money was because it was in it. Sure they wrote it but I was the star player. I tried to be friends with them. I really did even pick up their food and coffee but they just threw me away. They squeezed me out of my big break.
Do you recognize exhibit 8?
Yes
What is exhibit 8?
It is the text messages between myself and Hollie Woode
Could you please read your last text message to Hollie Woodes right there?
U will be sorry
What happened after you were fired from the production?
I went over to the theater to confront Hemmingway. We got into it and started arguing.
Do you recognize exhibit 4?
Yes
What is exhibit 4?
It is a map of peoples locations during the scene
On this map could you point to where you were situated during the rehearsal?
point to e
How far are you away from the prop table?
I am pretty close to the table and am in the same room as it.
After arguing with Hemmingway, what did you do next?
I stormed out of the theater to clear my head and started scheming on how to get my revenge on Hemingway. I eventually settled on coming back to the theater, getting my car and leaving.
What happened after you came back to the theater?
I saw ambulances and emergency vehicles all around the theater. I made my way inside and learned that Wood was dead.
How did you feel after learning of wood's death
I thought it was Karma for her actions. She stole my destiny and her life was stolen as well. I would have killed her myself if given the chance
