Professional Ethics
Generally accepted criteria that differentiate a profession from other occupations or trades.
Moral Dilemma
A situation in which a decision must be made between conflicting moral principles.
Beneficence
Performing actions that benefit others, especially in terms of patient care.
Nonmaleficence
The ethical principle of doing no harm to patients.
Autonomy
The right of patients to make their own decisions regarding their medical treatment.
Veracity
The obligation to tell the truth and not deceive patients.
Justice
The ethical principle that emphasizes fairness and equity in the distribution of healthcare resources.

Ethical Analysis
