What is the permitted quantity of alcohol for car drivers? Specifically give the alcohol level in blood and breath for a new driver and an experienced driver
For a new driver the alcohol level in the blood should be 0.2 per mille and 88 micrograms/litre in breath
For the experienced driver, the alcohol level in blood should be 0.5 per mille and 220 micrograms/litre
sentence for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs
21,750 fine or prison sentence of a year. An individual can also be banned from driving for up to 5 years.
Destination traffic
drivers who can only reach their destination along a road (traffic sign) closed for certain categories of drivers. Schedule bus services are also destination traffic. A closed road is often used to prevent rat running with the exception of destination drivers.

trailer

moped
vehicle on two, three or four wheels that is made for a speed of at most 45 km/h and is driven by a combustion engine of max. 50 cc³, or, an electric motor of a max of 4kW. A moped tricycle and a fast electric bicycle (high speed e-bike or speed pedelec) are also considered mopeds. You recognise mopeds by the yellow registration number on the back.
Microcar
moped on more than two wheels which has a closed body. Microcars look like a small passenger cars and follow the rules of motor vehicles. They must have a round plate (white with red border) with the number 45 on the back. And obviously the yellow registration number.
motorway
a road indicated with a G1 sign. The car parks, petrol stations and bus stops located alongside motorways are not part of the motorway.
Carriageway
a road indicated by a G3 sign. Parking spaces, petrol stations and bus stops are not part of the carriageway.
Intersection
an intersection is where roads cross or divide
