What is the permitted quantity of alcohol for car drivers? Specifically give the alcohol level in blood and breath for a new driver and an experienced driver

For a new driver the alcohol level in the blood should be 0.2 per mille and 88 micrograms/litre in breath

For the experienced driver, the alcohol level in blood should be 0.5 per mille and 220 micrograms/litre
