In this version, Offred ends up killing the Commander and a police unit arrives to take her away.

She realises that they are soldiers from the resistance movement (Mayday), of which Nick is also a part. She flees with them, parting from Nick in an emotional scene.

Now tree once again and wearing non-uniform clothes, but facing an uncertain future, a pregnant Offred is living by herself in a trailer while receiving intelligence reports from the rebels, hoping to find her daughter.

1. There is also a flashback in which she is seen to be protesting with Moira pre-Gilead - something that in the book Offred & her mother disagree about.

2. Her pregnancy - In the book, she believes she's pregnant but it's never confirmed but in the show Serena Joy makes her take a pregnancy test which is positive.
