Save
Saves edits to the current presentation under its existing name.
Save As
Creates a copy of the presentation with a new name or location.
A file export option that saves the presentation as a PDF document.

An export option to save the presentation as a video file.
Package for CD
Saves the presentation in a folder with a PowerPoint Viewer for offline viewing.

Printable handout version of slides for distribution.

Trigger

On Click
Animation starts when you click the slide or object.
With Previous
Animation starts together with the previous animation.
After Previous
Animation starts after the previous animation ends.
Delay
A pause before an animation begins, specified in seconds.
Duration
The length of time an animation runs.
