Salpingitis

Inflammation of fallopian tubes, often related to STIs. Usually a subset from honorhea (pelvic inflamation disease)

SS fever and vagainal discharge and such

Testicular Torsion

Twisting of spermatic cord that cuts off blood supply to the testis.

Usually happens on the left side because it is lower

venous occulsion can happen where the blood is cut off and your balls die
