is the process by which two or more parties engaged in a disagreement, dispute, or debate reach an agreement resolving it.

VI. ACKNOWLEDGE THE AGREED UPON SOLUTION AND DETERMINE THE RESPONSIBILITIES EACH PARTY HAS IN THE RESOLUTION
