The two main parties (Especially Conservative) and Labour have a much bigger budget than other parties to pay for advertising.

The introduction of voter ID in the elections act 2022 led to 0.4% of voters(confirmed) being ‘disenfranchised’ and this was mostly BAME voters but probably more.
