A prize draw run by the PNE to sell tickets for the Prize Home and other prizes, with staff answering questions about prizes and ticket purchases.

Grand Prize Package (The HOUSE)

The main prize: a 3292 sq ft, 3-story house valued around $2.5 million, fully furnished and including extras such as a yard maintenance package and EV charger.

2 for $35, 6 for $80, 15 for $165, 30 for $285

Odds of Winning (House Prize)

The probability of winning the Grand Prize; 1 in 861,000.

50/50 Add-on

An optional additional 50/50 ticket option; odds about 1 in 290,000; available as 1 for $10 or 5 for $30.

Where to Purchase Tickets

Tickets can be bought onsite at the display or 13 vendor booths, online at pneprizehome.ca, or by phone.

Purchaser Eligibility

Must be 19 years or older; certain PNE employees and their immediate households are ineligible.

The Fair Bonus Draw date: August 21.

Final Draw date: September 8.

Ticket Revenue Use

Revenue supports non-revenue producing programs, especially agricultural programming (e.g., 4H) and the Multicultural, Community & Family Stage.

Free guided tours via TicketLeader; tours run August 16 and 23, 10 AM–2 PM.

On-site display with 3292 sq ft, ~$2.5M value; 3 bedrooms, 2-bedroom legal suite, whiskey room, open concept, EV charger, and more.

Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108DS: 7 ft wide, Murphy bed, slide-out dinette, kitchen, bathroom; dry weight 4,226 lbs; valued ~ $60,000.
