what is the B.F SKINNER model

Operant Conditioning (1938) In operant conditioning, an individual makes an association between a particular behaviour and a consequence, thus believing behaviour comes from rewards and punishments. He developed and used the ‘Skinner box’ with a rat in a box with a leaver. When the rat pushed down on the leaver it would get food, thus creating positive reinforcement.
