P6 - Density of Regular Objects

Step 1

Measure length/height/width of object recording values to the nearest mm

Step 2

Calculate volume by multiplying length/height/width giving values in cm³

Step 3

Measure mass of object using mass balance

Step 4

To reduce zero errors, reset balance with nothing on scales

Step 5

Find density by using the formula
