Nobles - The Noblemen were Barons and bisops who vowed to -provide the king with soldiers when needed.

Knights - Knights were given fiefs from noblemen instead of money for their protection and services. Knights would become vassals when they protected a lord in exchange for there land.

Peasants (Serfs) - Everything in their possession belonged to the lord of the manor. They were considered bound of the land.
