It emphasizes the principles of punishment and reinforcement in shaping behavior. A psychoanalytic technique where you speak freely, sharing every thought or feeling that comes to mind without censoring or filtering. It is used to help reveal hidden thoughts and patterns in the unconscious mind.

focuses on the impact of our community and influences on behaviour ( culture, society family norms, peer influence,religion, gender roles)
Self -actualization
The process of reaching ones full potential and becoming the best version of oneself
Cognitive perspective
focuses on how humans process and store info and how this affects behaviour ( thoughts,beliefs,memory,problem-solving,perception,interception)
Biological Perspective
focuses on the brain, hormones,neuro transmitters and the nervous systems role in interpreting behaviour ( brain,neurotransmitters,hormones,genetics,medication,sleep,hunger,illness)
Biopyshcosocial
combines the biological,psychological and social factors. it focuses on their role in influencing behaviour ( BPS body brain society)
Evolutionary
explains that behaviours and mental processes as adaptations that helped our ancestors survive and reproduce (survival,reproduction,Adaptive behaviour,inherited traits ,natural selection)
Natural selection
is the process by which traits that increase survival and reproduction are more likely to be passed to future generations.
