this addresses the duty that the states within the United States have to respect the “public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.”

Extradition

one jurisdiction (place) delivers a person accused or convicted of committing a crime in another jurisdiction, over to the other’s law enforcement.

Supremacy Clause

Clause of the U.S. constitution stating that federal laws overrides state laws.

Legislative Branch

makes the laws people will follow.

Executive Branch

makes sure the laws are being followed by all people.

Judicial Branch

interprets the laws and makes sure that they are fair.
