Sciatica/ Sciatic Neuritis

Pain radiating along the sciatic nerve, which runs down one or both legs from the lower back.

Usually caused when a herniated disk or bone spur in the spine presses on the nerve.

Leukocytosis

High level of white blood cells in blood

Rhabdomyoylsis

Breaking down of muscle tissue that releases damaging protein into the blood

Cervical Radiculopathy

Pinched or irritated nerve in the neck, causing pain, numbness, or weakness radiating into the chest or arms

Syncope

Fairing, or sudden temporary loss of consciousness

Lower Extremity Edema

Swelling in the feet, ankles, or legs

Occurs when excess fluid accumulates in the interstitial tissues of the lower limbs

Uremia

A condition involving abnormally high levels of waste product in the blood

Occur when kidneys no longer filter properly

Chloedocholithiasis

Presence of gallstones in the common bile duct (CBD)

Malignant hypothermia

potentially fatal reaction to certain anesthetic drugs and muscle relaxants used during surgery

Acute Diverticulitis

Inflammation of small pouches (diverticula) that can form in wall of the colon

Cervical Spinal Stenosis

spinal canal in the neck narrows, compressing the spinal cord and nerves

Sickle Cell Anemia

abnormal sickle-shaped or broken down red blood cells block blood flow, causing pain, infections, and potentially organ damage, anemia, and other complications

Congestive heart failure

Chronic condition in which the heart doesn’t pump blood as well as it should

Heart failure can occur if the heart cannot pump (systolic) or fill (diastolic) adequately
