What is a provisional license? How long does it last? What are the requirements of keeping it?
A provisional license is a license a student can acquire after graduation and before obtaining a regular license upon successfully completing and passing the licensure examination to work. It is good for 90 days.
Describe an emergency license. When is this license terminated?
A license is issued to a licensee who has to move states due to an emergency (natural disaster, personal, etc.). THIS LICENSE IS TERMINATED AFTER 4 MONTHS (depending on emergency)
What are the requirements to retain a license if it has expired for more than 5 years?
Re-enlist in a certified school for no less than 150 hours and pass all examinations (written and practical)

1000-hour instructor training course or proof of 2 years of consecutive work experience in their field and passing the instructor exam
